Futurism is seeking a highly detail oriented, motivated and empathetic Customer Experience trainee. In this position, you will learn what the back end of marketing looks like. This involves supporting the marketing campaigns by monitoring and engaging with the community we targeted. Working with products such as the Gravity Blanket, the CryptoCandle, and Weighted Eye Mask. From fielding edits or questions on any products in our digital suite to assisting with order entry and sales processes, you will learn it all. At the end of the program we will choose to hire full time salaried employees based on need and skill.
Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, live chat, and social media messages.
Respond and manage customer service inquiries intelligently and empathetically.
Find creative solutions to difficult problems
Process returns and exchanges in an organized and timely fashion
Work with warehouse and fulfillment center teams to find effective solutions
Develop ways to better serve our customers by streamlining our processes or coming up with new, creative ones
Report consumer insights to all areas of the business, including our product, marketing, and operations team
Recent University Graduate
Microsoft Office Proficiency
Experience handling communications in a marketing related capacity
Google Drive knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Recent university graduate, or currently pursuing a degree in communications and community management.
