Futurism is looking for a enthusiastic and talented Account Manager with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to join its creative agency based in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn. This role involves being part of a growing, fast-paced cross-functional team including day-to-day management of projects, media strategy and performance, and client relations to deliver exceptional service and content.



  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams through project lifecycle that can include brand creative, social content, digital content, digital builds, and events.

  • Maintain proactive communication and status reports for client timelines, process, and deliverables to timely and satisfactory deliverables.

  • Manage multiple simultaneous engagements including: contract scope, tasks, resourcing, timelines, performance, and budget.

  • Tracks and analyzes social media performance metrics and KPIs for internal and external reporting and optimization.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 2-4 years of project management/customer relations/ or commensurate experience.

    • Experience in marketing, digital/media, Google Analytics a plus.

  • A bachelor’s degree or entrepreneurial street cred

  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, and SOWs

  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and relishes the opportunity to work at a startup in paid media and digital builds

  • An understanding of the creative process especially when it comes to videos, events, design, social media strategy

Additional requirements:

Strong interpersonal skills and self-awareness

Experience managing budgets and project delivery and timelines

Experience in a client-facing or customer success role

Highly organized team player

Proficiency in Google Drive: Sheets, Docs, Forms; Slack;
