Futurism is looking for a enthusiastic and talented Account Manager with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to join its creative agency based in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn. This role involves being part of a growing, fast-paced cross-functional team including day-to-day management of projects, media strategy and performance, and client relations to deliver exceptional service and content.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams through project lifecycle that can include brand creative, social content, digital content, digital builds, and events.
Maintain proactive communication and status reports for client timelines, process, and deliverables to timely and satisfactory deliverables.
Manage multiple simultaneous engagements including: contract scope, tasks, resourcing, timelines, performance, and budget.
Tracks and analyzes social media performance metrics and KPIs for internal and external reporting and optimization.
The ideal candidate has:
2-4 years of project management/customer relations/ or commensurate experience.
Experience in marketing, digital/media, Google Analytics a plus.
A bachelor’s degree or entrepreneurial street cred
Experience managing budgets, contracts, and SOWs
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and relishes the opportunity to work at a startup in paid media and digital builds
An understanding of the creative process especially when it comes to videos, events, design, social media strategy
Strong interpersonal skills and self-awareness
Experience managing budgets and project delivery and timelines
Experience in a client-facing or customer success role
Highly organized team player
Proficiency in Google Drive: Sheets, Docs, Forms; Slack;
